This vid is inspired by the youTuber, Farthingale AKA Faerthingale, CuppaWorkout and also charliejames1975 whom i am a subscriber and a fan. The music i am using for this vid is “Raven” by Gabrielle Roth. This vid represents light weight training and motion and it is not suggesting that i can dance. I am showing how light weight training can generate the endurance and grace and flexability. If you cannot squat gracefully with your legs, then the weight your using is too much. You should start out small and add weigh as your endurance increases. You can go heavy with this routine if you want, but it will be done a little differant since you will have to be careful not to hurt yourself. This will work out great for you if your into sports, martial arts, dance or anything you can think of. I recomment this form of exercise if your into Systema.
